Machucahomes.com is a great platform for finding rentals and renting out your Machuca Valley home. It's a hyper local version of AirBnB run by two neighbors that gives back a portion of the fees they collect to community needs.

  • The main source is the MV Housing Sub-Group which you can find in the main Machuca Valley Community group on WhatsApp: https://chat.whatsapp.com/GN8ATyqH4x9DL43pKjzFDl When you join that group, you won't be able to scroll back, so you can either just ask what you're looking for or wait for houses to be posted as they come up.
  • In addition many of the owners post their houses on AirBnb, look for monthly option in the search and ignore the prices for the most part. For true monthly price reach out to the owner directly because AirBnb just multiplies the daily rate by 30 unless the owner specifically modified their listing which most do not.
